Potential Bug - Button Manager.

I created a Button Manager rule - #5 - Released. I meant to put it under #5 - Double Tap. I used the reassign function and it appeared the rule moved over to the DoubleTap column; however, the rule wouldn't fire. I looked at the logs and the double tap was being recorded; however, the rule wouldn't execute. I put in a silly function - turn on all the lights and made sure there were no conditions.. Still wouldn't fire. I deleted the double tap rule and re-created it exactly the same and it worked...
Just guessing: the re-assign function isn't completely moving over the rule, but is doing enough to make it look like it is moved in the UI.
