Do apologize for re-creating an already existing topic. I could not PM @bobbyD directly from his avatar since my account is fairly new and supposedly has not met the requirements yet to do so. I also performed the related steps to soft resetting my used C-7 Hub but the issue persists where I can not tie it to my account after the suggested steps but the device itself is still tied to the previous owner's account.
