Bought C8 hubitat on amazon and found it still registered to previous owner. How to factory reset so I could register it to my account? @bobbyD seems to know how to get this resolved...
I do, but first of all, I am sorry to hear you've received a returned hub. It shouldn't happen, but unfortunately it does, sometimes. We usually send out a replacement to make sure the hub is not compromised. But if you'd rather just reset the hub, please see this thread:

Starting around 6-8 months ago, Amazon is now shipping product returns as new.
