I need to register this c7 under me . I bought it used and it is registered under someone else. How do i get it registered under me?
this is for a c7. I already did the hard reset with the pin hole
What you did is a network reset: Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation. It will not affect registration.
I would suggest contacting the original owner, informing them of the issue, and asking them to un-register their hub at my.hubitat.com, freeing you to register it as an admin yourself (if you know/trust them, you could also tell them to "Transfer admin" it to your account).
You can also do a full reset, but the above may be best so the owner can cancel any subscriptions if they forgot.
