I have blue iris, what i want to do is set up an alert to trigger a url on hubitat, if i can figure this out ill be able to do many things like turn on a light, play a sound through a speaker and much more.
Anyone ?
You can add an http endpoint as the rule trigger, then just call that endpoint for your blue iris notification. You'll need to setup the actions in RM of course.
Explain a little better please
Setup the rule to do what you want when the notification happens. For the trigger, select the "cloud endpoint" option which will provide a URL. Using that URL in your Blue Iris notification will trigger the rule.
