I couldn't find a reliable zwave key pad that was a reasonable cost or that actually worked easily. I decided to repurpose a ZEN32, which has 5 buttons and LEDs on each button. It also slots into a standard wall gang. Zooz also offers custom buttons, so you can actually label the buttons as Arm/DisArm and 1-4 for the smaller buttons the pin code is entered on.
I'm looking for beta testers now that I have it working.
