Do you have any other WiFi devices communicating to your HE hubs?
Yes, pinging the Meross plug keeps it online.
I had a rule in the past to ping it.
Currently have it periodically polling every 10 mins.
I have 2x Meross plugs and 6x Tasmota plugs.

Update: No issues with the Meross matter plugs in terms of reliability and staying online with Health check interval set to 30 mins... has been working solid for past 1.5 months!

I have purchase two new matter smart plugs from Amazon UK for £15.
Onboarded using Aqara M3 hub, then generated new code to add to Hubitat.
