[BETA] ITHO CVE driver

In the Netherlands, most homes have a mechanical ventilation system from ITHO-Daaldrop.

An excellent programmer / tweaker by the name of Arjen Hiemstra has build an interface for the CVE unit, so it can be adressed by wifi.

With a little help from the community, I created a driver for Hubitat for it.
It is in BETA, but using it I found no issue's so far.
