I want to replace the battery in an Aeotech Trisensor. Is there a correct way so it connects back to the Hubitat and does not break my automations? The Hubitat is a C-7.
No special technique needed. Just swap the battery and it will rejoin "instantly" -- the two I have did. Plus I have a dozen Aeotec Multisensor 6, with two batteries each, and they reconnect "instantly" as well.
