Yes, I have done my research, reading all over the net. I cannot find a consensus on good, smart, outdoor deadbolt locks that integrate with HE. Are there any?

Set it up with Matter Advanced Bridge from @kkossev like I have here and you can get lock codes via Lock Code Manager and use them in Rule Machine.
I've had zero issues with the lock since it's been setup. The hands free Ultra Wide Band unlocking is a game changer. Schlage just released their version, but it lacks a key, fingerprint sensor and NFC (via card or key fob) unlocking. Plus the Schlage is way over priced for what you get.
I had been using a perfectly good Schlage Zigbee lock for years, but once I saw what the U400 can do and I had trhe funds tro purchase, I pulled the trigger. No regrets at all and highly recommended.

Not sure your definition of OUTDOOR but the Kwikset 620 is rated to work on an exterior door and withstand normal environmental exposure, rain, sunlight, heat, … I have one of these and am very happy with it but my application is in the garage for the door entering the home so it doesn’t see the elements. I got the 620 to replace a Schlage BE469ZP that just had too many compatibility issues with Hubitat (driver was buggy, couldn’t change code length, changing keycodes was hit or miss, and troubles with LCM app, cheesy membrane keypad that is unreadable without the backlight). I basically gave up on Schlage although others seem to like them.
By outdoor do you mean deadbolts that can be installed on a gate such that both sides are exposed to the elements?
Or do you mean a deadbolt that can be installed on an exterior door, such that only the keypad is exposed to the elements?

Do not get any touchscreen keypads, they are difficult to operate in the dark (backlit or not) and over time (at least with the yale products) the screens degrade and crack, also with the yale levers at least whatever coating they apply over the stainless turns yellow and starts peeling off.
The newer yale push button locks (which run via their bluetooth app, and optional radio modules) have water ingress issues, in that given specific conditions will just freak out and not work until dried out, also battery life on these sucks.
So far no locks have stood up visually with long term UV exposure (5+ years in southern nevada).
For me the most reliable locks with the longest battery life have been yale YRD216 PBDB (zigbee)

By outdoor, I mean on the rear door to my shop that leads outside, exposed to lots of afternoon sun and without any rain protection.
Will the Kwikset 620 or the YRD216 stand up to that?
Yes. I have 5 of these "outdoors". Three of the 5 are in the southern Louisiana sun and rain. There's been no issue with any of them. They have been up for just over 3 years now.
