Basic Rules import to RM: Link to new rule is not created on Import screen

2.3.3.125 - When I import a SAR into RM, after the import is complete you get a "Created Rule:..." confirmation with a link to the new rule on the RM import page:

With a Basic Rules after import to RM there is no "Created Rule:..." confirmation/link. The Basic Rule import is completing successfully. Repeatable, tried two different Basic Rules.

Looks like a line of code got dropped somehow. Fix in next release.
