I have a super basic rule: Sunset turn on 3 light switches. I'm pretty sure one of the switches (we will call this #2) has poor signal as i'm running into issues with this....but that isn't the purpose of this topic.
Switches 1 and 3 work just fine. I can manually turn them on and off with no issues. What I have found thoug, is at sunset, light 3 has not been turning on...and looking at the logs, it doesn't appear that light switch 3 is even attempting to turn on. If I remove light switch 2 from the rule, 1 and 3 turn on perfectly. The moment I put 2 back into the rule, 3 starts to become unpredictable.
By watching live logs, it seems like if the rule goes to 1 and/or 3 first for the on command it works just fine, but the moment it tries to turn on switch 2, it hangs up and then never makes it to turn on any switches afterward.
Any thougts on this?
If you can reproduce this, it would be a good idea to post screenshots of the rule, and the logs so the community can see what is going on with this error.
Also, what device brand/model device is not working correctly?

Please also specify which radio protocol(s) is being used (ZW, ZB, WiFi, Matter).
All devices at play here are zooz switches. Below is a snapshot of the rule. The switch giving fits is the Garage Side Soffit (Zen77). The Garage Sconces (Zen77) and Garage Soffit (Zen72) are the ones that currently work fine....Sometimes it is the Garage Soffit and sometimes it is the Garage Sconces that seem to get messed up by the troublesome Garage Side Soffit. (FWIW, if I were to manually go to the side soffit switch and turn it on and back off, the system seems to "see" that switch just fine for a while, but then after some time goes back into what I can only assum is a lost connection. Oddly, the mesh network where this switch is is super strong.....many devices all within a few feet of it. All are mesh installed. None are LR.
Here is a good log where only the Garage Soffit Came on. The Sconces did not.
But then if I go into devices and manuallly turn on the Sconces, they turn right on with this log:
If I remove the troublesome Side Soffit, and then run the rule, the remaining 2 lights turn on just fine with this log:
