Background Not Showing

Hey all...
I made a really nice if simple dashboard on my PC. But looking at it from the phone app, the backgrounds (both for the dashboard itself and for each tile) are not showing. I've confirmed the URL for the images works if I use it directly in chrome on the same phone.

Also, a side question. This looked good on my 16:9 PC monitor, but it looks pretty terrible on my portrait oriented phone app. Is the normal workflow to create a separate mobile and pc (or maybe more generally landscape and portrait) dashboard and use the appropriate one on the device?

Yes, you would need to create a separate dashboard for each of your needed layouts. There is currently no auto formatting with the dashboards.

Regarding the images not showing....confirm that you are using the same type of dashboard (cloud vs local) for chrome and mobile app.
