Awning Window Winder/Lock Automation Suggestion

Hi all,

I got an awning window at home and it comes with this lock/winder type, any suggestion on the automation that can be done with it (to open and to close it obviously).

I wish there is a ready made product that I can just purchase (without self-assembling with solder, etc).
