Automation when hub starts?

I have some Zigbee lights that turn on when energy goes off and on. It's boring.

I'd like to know if is it possible to automatically turn lights selected lights off when Hubitat starts? Such an automation after reboot?

Use the "Location event: systemStart" trigger -- I use that for a rule where I refresh some things after a start/restart.

ive got this as i have 3 which turn on after power fail, the hub is on UPS.
Never had it run so not sure how effective, i hope they will report state on boot.
