I have a Zoom Q Sensor ZSE11. Ive written a simple automation rule 1.2 to switch on lights when the lux is equal or lower than 20 and to turn them off when the lux is greater than 40. It is restricted to trigger between 8:30am and 10:28pm every day. The app appeared to work yesterday but not today. The lux is reported as 5 which should have triggered the lights.
Any thoughts? What have I done incorrectly?

You mention just 1 illum device in your post, but it appears that 2 such devices are being used in the automation - is that intentional?
Just one device. The motion sensor is named "Motion Sensor Living Rm"
Interesting, I can't recall seeing a device name split into 2 rows like that (with plenty of space available), but stranger things I guess.
Looks like you have logging enabled for the automation - what do the logs say?
