Automating two z-wave outlets

I have two outlets that I need to turn off when HSM is armed and turned on when HSM is disarmed. What is the best approach to achieve this?

I would use the Rule Machine app for this.

Triggers:
HSM Status Reports: Armed Away
HSM Status Reports: Armed Home
HSM Status Reports: Armed Night

Action:
Turn Outlet off
Wait for event: HSM Status Reports: Disarmed
Turn Outlet On

There might be other options, but if you decide to give this one a try and you get stuck, post a screenshot of your rule up to the point where you get stuck, and someone will pitch in to help.
