@Busthead What firmware version is your lock on? I had the same issues and after a lot of back and forth with August, they downgraded my firmware to 1.59.0-1.8.15. That was a year and a half ago and my lock has functioned perfectly since (even moving it from a C3 to a C7 paired with S2 security).
