Both the community and Hubitat support are excellent. Support monitors the community forums. However, I would suggest posting a question here before contacting support@hubitat.com

When you have a question about a community-integrated device, meaning that the device driver or app is not written/developed by Hubitat staff, then post your question in the parent thread (announcing that device driver/app) for that device driver or app. It is much less likely for developers to pick up on a support question regarding their device driver or app unless it is in the parent thread for that app/driver.
Onto your questions:
- Ring Doorbell - AFAIK, there is no official integration. However @ogiewon has described how he has integrated Ring using his virtual motion sensor device here
- Chamberlain Garage Door Opener - @dman2306 has ported an integration from SmartThings. Read this post and the ones that follow it.
- Arlo cameras - no official integration. You can integrate them via IFTTT because both Arlo and Hubitat have IFTTT channels.
- Embrighten Z Wave light bulbs Ecolink Z Wave Plus Motion and Contact Sensors - use the built-in generic drivers for these (Generic z-wave dimmer/motion temp sensor/contact sensor).
