Not sure which category to post this to, but I'm wondering if anyone had recommendations for an Arlo Light alternative. They'd have to be either solar or battery-operated because it would be difficult for me to run cable to their locations.

Personally, I like Arlo although their support is lacking. I'm also not crazy about being tied to their monthly fees either and would like something more localized. Thank you!

Look at the Mr. Beams stuff (Much of it branded Ring now).

I have quite a few Mr. Beams spotlights but find the batteries deplete quickly and the overall quality has gone down over the years. Haven’t seen anything “smart” from them. As for Ring, that’s another company I’d like to avoid.
