Aqara (Xiaomi) temperature and humidity sensor

I wouldn't give up on the device just yet. maybe you switched drivers which left some legacy values behind?
I checked mine, I recently put 3 of these devices into play and am having great success with them - but comparing your setup to mine there's a big difference - I'm using a completely different driver.

Here's my take on some drivers for a select few battery powered Xiaomi Aqara devices. There are a number of other excellent drivers out there with more complete support of the range, but these are for the devices I own and now use every day. Of course, now you need to watch out for ghost attributes/values etc. Use the "Device" trick to possibly clear your ghosts.
