Aqara Presence Sensor FP1E Driver/Pairing issue

I recently purchased the Aqara Presence Sensor FP1E from Amazon after seeing it was one of the Compatible devices listed and wanting something better than a motion sensor. I was able to get it paired almost seamlessly, however, I am unable to get it to work correctly. I have tried the built in Aqara Presence Sensor FP1E and the Community driver (1.7.5). https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kkossev/Hubitat/development/Drivers/Aqara%20P1%20Motion%20Sensor/Aqara_P1_Motion_Sensor.groovy

The built in driver will keep it online but I have no functionality with it, see screenshots below. The community one would just go offline but acted the same as the built in. I am unsure if this is due to this device having a different out of the box firmware or if I am doing something wrong. Production Date is February 2025. I have tired repairing it multiple times and even without deleting as some users had to do based on community postings. Device is next to the hub with no obstructions.

Hubitat Hub is the C8-Pro running 2.4.3.123, I have tired troubleshooting on the last three versions as well. Zigbee is currently on channel 24 with a power level of 8. I have not touched any of these settings.

Sorry for the delayed response, finally got some time to troubleshoot the device in person. @kkossev solved the issue by pointing me to a document telling me to remove it, rebuild Zigbee Network twice, and then pair it using "Pair while trying to avoid Zigbee 3.0 repeaters". This allowed it to join correctly, maintain communication, and work correctly with the driver I linked earlier (same as the Hubitat Package Manager one).

While it doesn't tell me the distance (wouldn't necessarily be helpful but cool to see) or allow triggering based on direction, it defiantly is working and detecting correctly. Given this isn't a first party hub I am pretty content with it. I look forward to seeing how the driver develops and maybe being able to trigger based on certain areas on the room.
