Aqara - Matter Bridge stopped working

I noticed today that my matter bridged device from Hubitat to my Aqara M3 are no longer working. I see the following errors. I already tried removing the bridge and adding it again. I am using the built-in Matter bridge in Hubitat. I am on the latest release software. When I did that I got one set of reports then only the following after that set: Here is the log:

I also have a aqara M100 and a G3 camera. Both of those devices are reporting their child device status correctly.
