Yes, of course!
It took me less than 10 minutes to configure and test Mira in Hubitat and Mira in ST to mirror two virtual switches (one for the FP2 'presence', aka 'motion') and a second virtual switch for the illuminance. A routine in ST switches it on when above 30 lux and off when below 25 lux).
All communication (Aqara -> ST -> HE) should be entirely local ! (although I have not really tested unplugging the WAN internet cable).
Mira local connection is about 0.5 seconds faster.
