[This New Sensor Is A GAME CHANGER For Your Smart Home!] this looks very nice! not available outside china yet tho TLDW doesn't use motion sensors, it uses millimeter wave radar to accurate detect presence of person in room even if they're still for long periods. (zigbee) 120 degree FOV 5 m detection distance usb powered (BABY!!!!!) can detect where the person is going i.e left right! cons - not avail, not sure if it will work with hubitat but if zigbee 3 it should?
