Apps URL not found

Hi, one my hubs is again in some weird state (sorry for the frustration the switch from Wink has been very hard):

When I click on Apps -> Simple Automation rule the URL becomes gibrish and I get 404:
http://192.168.1.5/^[%20/t/r/n/f]+|[%20/t/r/n/f]+$/g

When I click on the Dashboards -. Dashboard I just get a spinning wheel and nothing happens

When I click on update I get the screen below.

How can I recovery - no physical access, but I can VPN to that network. I should have a backup from about 3 weeks ago. Can I just try to restore?

Something seems pretty messed up...

Are you seeing any errors from the hub’s logs?

Have you opened a ticket with support by emailing support@hubitat.com?

No errors in the logs, I see devices reporting (some) but some are not reacting at all. Email sent but no reply

Could not get it fixed, support not too helpful.

Called someone to the location, had done a soft reset and restore. Seems to be "normal" but I again see issues with Schlage locks and I am suspecting the repeaters are not getting used
