Apps Feature Request - "Last modified"

Hello Developers,
Looking at "Apps" page, which has 3 columns - "Info", "Name" and "Type", Would it be possible/time consuming to add another column with "Last modified", this would help tremendously to see, when an app was modified.. in that when was the RM last edited, or when a user app was last updated etc..

Would it be poosible to make that column data visible ?

That could be very useful for tracking issues when things go cattywampus... Maybe add something like that onto the end of a rule in the apps... @gopher.ny would this be a difficult thing to do?
