Apps dialog comes up blank

Lately apps dialog is not usable, comes up blank. Tried restoring earlier version with no luck. Then updated device from C7 to C8 and had same issue. Tried multiple devices, PC and android smartphones and same issues. Tried clearing caches with no luck. I do see a few error messages in log i dont understand below.

Also tried "safe mode" Any advice would be appreciated!

Make a backup.

Using the diagnostic menu, do a Soft Reset and do not restore a backup. That will put the hub in an "empty" condition and you can look around in the menus to verify it's all good. An "empty" hub will have Basic Rules preinstalled, so Apps won't be empty. You can install additional built-in Apps to verify. Devices will be empty, but you can create one or more virtual device to validate the population of devices.

When you know that an empty hub is working correctly, go ahead and restore a backup.

Hi csteele, Thanks for the suggestion. Had tried that before, but just did it again, with no luck. Apps was fine with "empty" hub, but then after restoring back, it freezes again.

Tagging @support_team as I believe it may require their assistance to diagnose this one...

Any other ideas to try? I updated to the latest Hubitat version 2.4.3.177 (as I have been doing periodically over the last few months), and the system still has the same issue: can't open the APPS menu.

You'd think Safe Mode would disable the app that could cause this issue. Please send us your hub id to @support_team so we can take a look at your hub's engineering logs to see if there are any clues.
