Oh okay I understand.
I was hoping for a way to control my Apple TV with a virtual switch under homekit and have my TV turn off.
The closet I've seen besides a harmony hub would be to create a homekit shortcut and call it via homekit. It doesn't allow you to use switches or lights as triggers though.
I use the Harmony Hub integration to turn on/off my AppTV and associated devices. Using the integration you can setup triggers using Rule Machine. For example when I arrive, presence sensor trigger, I have my AppleTV and associated devices turned on before I even walk in the front door.
If your TV is smart, there may be a driver for it under HE that you could control its power directly.
