In the latest RM running the latest HE firmware, I got the below error message when I went to clone an app. Any idea what this means or what I can do to fix? @bobbyD

I'm not able to help.
Do you see this app in your Apps list? I'd expect to see "Export/Import/Clone," not "appCloner," but it's possible there's more than I know going on there...
If so, hit the gear icon next to it to go to the App Status page, then use the Remove button there, and try your clone again.

Eureka, thank you @bertabcd1234. There was "Export/Import/Clone" in my list of installed apps. I removed the app, then repeated the original steps to clone a RM child app, and had no further problems. No more errors.
I'm still not sure what happened, but it appears all good now.
