Deleted app and reinstalled. Same issue.

Do you mind sharing which operating system your phone is? The hub is likely not connected to the cloud. This issue will be addressed in the next release. Meanwhile, rebooting your hub may help.
Hub is visible and controllable through mac os so definitely online.
App not working on android Samsung galaxy 23. Says i have multiple hubs which i do not.
Deleted app and reinstalled. Restarted the hub. No joy
