App error

My dashboard works through the browser. I get this error on the app.

That error means the app couldn't talk to your hub via the cloud due to a timeout.

Thanks in finding that the browser works locally but not in the cloud version at all. Seems the cloud is inaccessible for me. Any ideas on what I can do?

I'd start by rebooting your hub. Something is blocking the hub's ability to community via the cloud relay to the mobile app or cloud dashboards in a browser.

I restarted the hub but also did the hub update. Either way it works now thanks!
