I'm looking for an inexpensive relay that would work with HE. Something like this

I'm using two of them at the end of my garden to control some lights and water pumps etc, I decided to use them as they happily work off 12volts(I have a 12v solar system there).
Both flashed with this excellent firmware.

thanks Kev, were they adopted by default after you scanned the system or did you have to modify anything to get them learnt into the system and working?
Flash them first and then scan with a PC or phone to find them and then configure them to join your wifi. Install the app and driver onto HE, they will be found and away you go.

So, ive tried a few times now trying to flash my sonoff 4ch pro r2, unsuccessfully lol.
So obviously I clicked and followed the link you supplied, but within that thread there's a few different options on flashing method and software, any chance you could narrow down for me which software you flashed and which program you used to successfully flash.
It would be hugely appreciated.
