I love that form factor for my cigar humidors. Love to get an alert for low humidity.
Anyone?

There are 2 if not 3 community based drivers for this device.
This old one still works.
This newer one also works.
There might be a couple additional drivers for it in addition to those linked by @neonturbo. Here’s one:
@par.botes Look at the Sonoff SNZB-02 . It's much more stable

Not in my experience. I bought a five pack and could not get them to report humidity to save my life.
Yes I had issues with the Aqara’s on my zigbee mesh but I moved them to their own C5 hub along with three tradfri repeaters and they have been problem free for ??? Well over a year.
Strange, never had a prob with them (though when battery dies I have to re pair but no biggie)
I have both Sonoff SNZB-02 and Aqara , rock solid for over 2 years. Having said that, it was not an easy journey to get to a stable zigbee mesh. They are on their own C7 zigbee hub with Ikea repeaters. Recently added 3 Sengled Smart Plugs with no ill effect.
Aqara devices are not intrinsically bad. The problem is that they do not play well with some older repeating devices. I have two Aqara devices. One of them never worked until I removed four older Smartthings and Centrilite smartplugs (HA1.2) from my mesh and replaced them with HA3.0 devices.
I am now using several MOE's temp/humidity sensors. They are Zigbee 3.0 devices based on Tuya technology. They work with standard drivers. They might even be smaller than the Aqara devices.
This is a great size. For my use smaller is better. Thanks for sharing!
I just bought a couple of these on your recommendation. I have to say not too bad. Have been pretty rock solid on the mesh so far.
