WiFi, so not directly. Could set up a virtual switch and control them through Alexa/Google with it though.

You might be able to flash them with Tasmota. Or just replace the wifi module entirely.
WIll probably work also using the community [BETA] Tuya Cloud Driver (Limited device support) - at least switching the lights on and off.
