Anyone have Virtual RGBW Light Driver Code to share?

I want to include "isStateChange: true" to the sendEvent commands.

I was able to do this for my virtual switch, dimmers and fans with the help of @dan.t but can't locate a virtual RGBW driver code to do the same for my color lights.
