I have a j5create JUD380 but every other day it will lose connection with one of my monitors even though it's velcroed to the machine and never moves and I never use it for anything else except for having double monitors.
I have updated the firmware and all but nothing has worked and when it does lose connection my only option is to restart my computer for it to recognize the monitor again so I'm looking for a replacement and wanted to ask you guys first for personal experiences.
