Anyone experiencing Awair issues?

I connected my Awair air quality monitor to my C7 back in March, and it has been running fine. But starting around midnight, it seemed to stop reporting any actual data back to my HE. The Awair unit itself is still displaying everything fine, and looking at the data in a browser via the unit's IP address continues to relay up-to-date info, but HE is just showing -1 for all values.

The logs only cite a generic "parsing error" with no additional details about where exactly it might be having problems all of a sudden. I haven't changed the driver and, as far as I can tell, Awair hasn't released any firmware modifications since January.

I have restarted both the Awair and HE (I needed the latest platform update anyway) with no change. I'd rather not remove the Awair and re-connect it to HE from scratch (which is the only thing left I can think to try) so I'm curious to see if this problem is unique to me or if anyone else has experienced anything similar... and, if so, what your solution was.

Since there’s no built-in integration with Awair, you’re most likely to get help from the developer who created the integration you’re using.

Where did you get the code?

Hmmm. Reporting seems to have resolved itself around 2am. Again, no driver changes and no firmware rollouts so I dont know what might have happened .

Without knowing anything about how the integration works, my guess would be a temporary disruption of your hub’s ability to access awair servers in the cloud. Assuming it’s not a direct, local integration. Sometimes cloud issues can come and go with no apparent explanation.
