Anyone else having issues with Alexa Drop-in?

This just started two days ago. For some reason when I ask my Alexa in the kitchen to drop in on "[Childs name] Room" all of a sudden now it asks if I meant "[Childs Full Name]" which if I say yes, it is trying to connect to that contact (and fails) and not the device in their room. The device I am trying to drop in on is named exactly "[Child]s Room" and this has worked every single day in the past.

I can manually select the device from my phone and drop in that way but it was nice to be able to just do it with voice. I use this every morning.

I swear Alexa just gets stupider by the day.....

What's the opposite of machine learning? Machine stupefying?

I use drop in with my brain injured sister. The app on Android runs poorly, it'll close without connecting or just lock up. Or I'll try to answer her call and the buttons won't respond. Nevermind they just moved everything around and now drop in is hidden behind another selection
