Any time line on when we get support for Zooz outlet

Wondering if there is a timeline for when we get support for outlets in the Android app?

Thanks

I have a couple GE/Jasco outlets and they appear in the Android mobile app (most current beta release)...so not sure why Zooz outlets also wouldn't be supported.

Didn't realize Zooz made any outlets.

What product exactly and what is the issue exactly?

Are you just seeing "Unsupported" on the mobile app? This is a poor choice of words, it just means the device is not supported in the app, in its current state. Does not mean it is not supported at all.

You may just need to install a working driver and select it:
[DRIVER] Zooz Smart Plugs Advanced (ZEN04, ZEN05, ZEN14, ZEN15, ZEN20, ZEN25)

This worked great, thanks for the feedback.

Can you please tell us what device it is exactly? Hubitat staff may need to fix something with the built in driver so it gets selected automatically in the future for people.

It was the Zooz 14, and after Jeff advise it works in the app remote.

I am wondering if it was just the parent device that showed as unsupported due to not having any on/off command? My driver has commands on the parent which will control both outlets together so you can either use that or the child devices for individual control. Not all drivers will do this. There should be two child devices that got created so you can control each outlet separately.

I am a rookie, so very well could have been me. Was with Universal Devices for 20 years, so having to think about things different in Hubitat.

If you have any more Zooz devices, be sure to search the community for my driver packages. They will usually work OK with the built in driver, but mine will give you all the available settings and features. The built in drivers usually just have a the basic features.
