Have a highly specific need that I believe might function well using zibee devices and with the aid of a good developer. Suggestions on how to advertise/locate such for a paid project??
Are you looking for someone to develop an app? Or a zigbee device? There are plenty of websites out there where you can find for hire developers. It really depends on what kind of development you’re looking for and what you want to pay.

To be able to find the the right developer, you need to detail your requirements.
For me, the app would need to interest me for me to be able to commit the time to do it
