Any significant difference between these 2 Zigbee range extenders?

I have 2 models of Zigbee USB-C range extenders that externally look identical:

One model (manufacturer is _TZ3000_n0lphcok) uses a Tuya TS0001. The other model (manufacturer is also _TZ3000_n0lphcok) uses a Tuya
TS0207.

Performance-wise, is there any significant difference between these 2 range extenders?

I have a few TS0207 plant sensors. Now I know what that number is. According to google below.

TS0001: 1-Gang Switch

This ID is primarily assigned to 1-gang (single-channel) smart switches or relays that require a neutral wire for power.

  • Device Type: It is typically an in-wall relay module or a standard wall switch.
  • Role in Network: Because it is permanently powered by the mains, it acts as a Zigbee router (repeater), helping to extend the range of your mesh network.
  • Variants: You may find various versions from brands like Aubess or Avatto that share this same internal model ID.

TS0207: Sensor or Dedicated Repeater

This ID is more versatile but is most commonly associated with water leak sensors or dedicated USB repeaters.

  • Leak Sensor: In this form, it is a battery-powered device used to detect floods or moisture. Some users on SmartThings have noted that this specific model can sometimes be unreliable because it reports to the hub infrequently to save battery.
  • Dedicated Repeater: It is also used for small USB-powered signal repeaters that do nothing but boost your Zigbee signal.
  • Detection Issues: In many home automation platforms like Zigbee2MQTT, the USB repeater version is sometimes incorrectly identified as a "water leak sensor" because they share the same TS0207 ID.

I own about 6 of these, with a 50/50 split between the Tuya chips. My original one is a TS001 and that one held its 16 bit Zigbee address for 2 years before falling off, when disconnected from power for about a week, on accident.
Either version makes an excellent Zigbee repeater. Lots of strong Zigbee mesh connections as seen by the Zigbee Map App by @dandanache . Mine are branded "Smatrul" but no longer appear available. These are much cheaper on aliexpress
