MHCOZY you posted. They are available under many names, but they are all the same. Thy work great with the built-in Generic Zigbee Multi-Endpoint Switch driver.

While all this is true, and they can work “great”, be aware that the cheap Songle relays in these things are known to go bad.

I had one that started chattering after about a year of use. And would open/close my GDO unexpectedly.
