inovelli.com has some good stuff.. their unboxed rgbw bulbs (Z-Wave+) are like $10.. as long as supplies last. Plus some other stuff as well.

Yea, saw that they have a Dome valve shutoff for $59! I have one and have been quite happy with it. I use in conjunction with 12 Samsung leak sensors.

@Tim-in-Ca how are you liking the leak sensors did you have to deploy any zigbee repeaters?

So far so good. I have a few repeaters, plus just added the Iris zigbee plugs.
