With the unavailability of Inovelli LZw36, the possible alternatives to control a ceiling fan with 3 speeds and dimmer seems rather limited. After some research on the forum, there seems to be only one viable option. Is integration with Bond (Bond Bridge | Bond) still the best/only option available?
Bond works great, and is certainly worth looking in to.
If you can wait a while, Inovelli is currently developing a zigbee fan switch though -- it sounds like it'll be the next new thing they release.
Using Bond here on 3 different ceiling fans with good results.
The Lutron Fan controller does a great job of fan control. I have also had excellent success with the Homeseer Fan Controller (Z-wave).
I have noticed the Z-wave GE Enbrighten Fan Switch is available right now for $50 bucks.
I have 2 of the Leviton Zwave fan controller ZW4SF. They work fine with the stock Edge driver, although I have a modified driver that allows it to work better with voice assistants and has the custom settings added.

That is also in stock for $54. It looks better then the Enbrighten fan switch.
The Caseta fan controller is also in stock but it does require the Caseta Smart Hub PRO.
One of the many great things about the Lutron Caseta fan controller, is the Pico remote that can also control the fan.
You can place the Pico remote wherever you want. You can even have multiple Pico remotes controlling the fan, if that is needed.
They claim up to ten year battery life for the Pico battery.
