If you’re really too uncomfortable to post questions publicly, you could try PMing members of the moderators’ group, since they are Hubitat staff. Not sure there’s a way to guarantee a response that way, though.

Like Mark said, here in the community. Simply tag @ support_team (I put a space after the @ just so I wouldn't tag them) and they will contact you.
But honestly we're all here to help eachother.
