I am using the android version of the Hubitat app 2.0.9 (294) on a Google Pixel 8 with Android 15. Since I switched to this new app from the old one (previous app) the notifications symbol when they come up is just a circle. In the old app it was the Hubitat symbol which made it much easier to quickly see it was a notification from the hub. Is everyone's notification symbol like this? Is there a way to change it back to the Hubitat Symbol?

I see this also on my Pixel 8 Pro (using 2.1.0 of com.hubitat.mobile).
Notifications sent to the old app (1.7.5 of com.hubitat.app) still show the correct logo.

It isn't an Android 15 issue because I had Android 14 I think at the time the new app came out and it had the circle.
It would just be nice if this could be looked at because right now with the circle for the notification it makes it easy for HSM notifications and such to get mixed in and blended with the others.
It could be a thing with the app and the Pixel because the three of us with issues all have Pixels.
If I squint just right at my phone when I'm looking at it I can make out the HE symbol in there. I believe it's just inverted colors from the old app. It might have made sense to keep them looking different during the transition time between apps, but my impression is that the new app is now solid and it'd be nice to have the previous, more distinctive notification.

I never tried the squinting to see. I will check it out next time but I agree it would be nice to have the distinctive notification symbol back.
I was able to just confirm on my phone at least in light or dark mode there is nothing inside the circle. It is a white circle in dark mode and a blue circle in light mode.
@moncho1138 if this could be looked at in a future release it would be much appreciated by a lot of us. Thank you.

Is the item on the screenshot below what you are referring to? If so then no I am not. Will this make a difference?

My notifications use to be green, but it has turned to this black symbol on Fold 6.
I had a phone update, anyone still get the green icon?
On my phone, which did NOT get the update yet, all icons at the top of the phone are still in color as well as the notification bar when I swipe down. On my tablet, which did just update yesterday ALL icons are monochrome at the top (like your photo). However, they are in color when I swipe down to see more detail.
(Edited to add, when using a dark background screen, the icons are white at the top. When using a light background, they are black)
What update are you referring to?
My apologies I see an app update came out.
I got a notification overnight and it had the hubitat logo instead of just white circle.
