I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a dozen times, my C5 is hard wired, I'm definitely on the correct SSID. I've even disabled the WAN side of my router and disabled mobile data on my phone to try to force it to connect locally and it can't. How do I get the app to connect locally so I can add a matter device?

Hmmm... the 409 you have presumably added to the title makes it more interesting... Being a status mismatch error... Still no solution I can offer... Will leave it to the experts.... i.e. those being paid.... ![]()

Also make sure your mobile device isn't currently using a VPN.
