I broke my phone screen, and am using my old phone. Setup the mobile app and got notifications working but I can't get the geofence back. There is no red pin anywhere to be seen on the map, anywhere in the world.
Any ideas?
lat/long is correctly set in the hub, and I've also uninstalled the app, and created a new mobile device, as well as toggling geofence off and back on.
The only thing I can think of, is this is a older phone running android 9 and maybe a compatibility issue?
