An error - Multiple Simultaneous rule execution error

Using Room Lighting - a while back I was given a template from someone to fix up my RL.
I use RL in 6 locations - I get this error on 3. BTW - it occurs on all 3 that have Dimmable CT bulbs or RGBW under cabinet.
Does anyone see something obviously wrong?

I don't see where you ever attempt to cancel the delays in this rule. Without doing that, it will incur this error.
